You’ll receive a fixed £500 Part Exchange Credit, subject to your LT guitar meeting the condition and

eligibility requirements.

Can I use the £500 on a sale or discounted UK-made guitar?

No. The credit is only valid on full-price UK-made models.

Can I combine this with other offers?

No. The Programme cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount.

Is the £500 paid in cash?

No. The £500 is a credit applied at checkout.

What condition does my LT guitar need to be in?

Fully functional, structurally sound, unmodified, with original serial number intact. Normal wear and tear is

acceptable.

What happens if my guitar doesn’t pass inspection?

If the guitar does not meet the eligibility criteria, the Part Exchange may be declined. Return shipping costs

are the responsibility of the Customer (including international shipping for EU/USA customers).

What happens to my LT guitar after the trade-in?

Once the £500 credit is applied, ownership of the guitar transfers permanently to Cream T.

Is there a time limit to trade up?

Any applicable time limits will be communicated at the point of participation.

Are international customers eligible?

Yes — Customers in the EU and USA may participate, but shipping, insurance, customs duties, taxes, and

any other import/export charges are the Customer’s responsibility.

Cream T LT → UK-Made Trade-Up Programme

1. Definitions

(As previously approved: Cream T, LT Range Guitar, UK-Made Model, Eligible Guitar, Customer, Part

Exchange Programme, Part Exchange Credit, Qualifying Purchase)

2. Eligibility

• Eligible only to original purchasers of a new LT Range Guitar

• Guitar must be authentic, unmodified, fully functional, and retain its serial number

• Cream T reserves the right to reject any guitar that does not meet these requirements

• Customers outside the UK (EU or USA) acknowledge they are responsible for shipping, insurance,

customs duties, taxes, and other import/export charges3. Part Exchange Credit Value

• A fixed £500 (GBP) Part Exchange Credit is offered for an Eligible Guitar

• The credit:

o Has no cash alternative

o Is non-transferable

o May only be used against a Qualifying Purchase

• The credit cannot be applied retrospectively

4. Exclusions

• UK-made guitars that are:

o Discounted

o On sale

o Part of a promotion, bundle, or special offer are expressly excluded

• Programme cannot be combined with any other offer unless authorised in writing by Cream T

5. Condition Assessment & Acceptance

• All guitars are subject to inspection upon receipt

• If an Eligible Guitar fails inspection, Cream T may decline the Part Exchange Credit and return the

guitar

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer (including EU/USA international

shipping, customs, and taxes)

6. Use of Credit

• Credit may only be redeemed at the time of a Qualifying Purchase

• Credit cannot be:

o Exchanged for cash

o Used on accessories or services

o Split across multiple transactions

7. Transfer of Ownership

• Upon acceptance of the Part Exchange Credit, ownership of the LT guitar transfers permanently to

Cream T

• The Customer warrants legal ownership and the right to transfer the guitar

8. Programme Changes

• Cream T reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Programme at any time

• Changes will not affect already accepted trade-ins9. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales

• Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales

10. Additional Notes for EU & USA Customers

• Customers outside the UK are responsible for all shipping, insurance, customs duties, taxes,

and import/export charges

• Cream T accepts no responsibility for additional international fees

• Return of rejected trade-ins is the responsibility of the Customer, including international shipping

and customs

• Customers are advised to insure their shipment until receipt by Cream T
