We will endeavour to dispatch guitars and merchandise the very same day if we receive an order before 1 pm, most orders will then be delivered the next working day unless the listing has a different delivery estimate. Orders over £100 will be dispatched by DPD Express Couriers which is a fully tracked and insured service. We can arrange delivery at a time to suit you including specifying morning or afternoon delivery as well as special Saturday and Sunday Delivery.
Most traditional pickup orders will be shipped within 24 hours but Relish versions and custom order delivery times will be confirmed at the time of order and pickup delivery times will vary depending on the model.
