At Cream T Custom Shop we want you to be completely happy with your order and offer a 14 Day Hassle Free Returns policy. If you are not 100% happy with your order you can return it to us within 14 Days for a full refund.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@creamtcustomshop.com. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If you do not return the goods or do not pay the costs of delivery to us, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct cost of recovering the goods from the amount of the refund.
